- Private Cabin Rooms $85.00/per night plus tax, rooms have either (1) Queen; (1) King or (2) Twin beds per room. Room includes private bath and air conditioning. SEE DETAILS
- Semi-Private Creekside Cabin Rooms with deck $70.00/per night plus tax (has view of creek, sliding glass door that opens onto a covered deck). Semi-private cabin rooms share a bath between two rooms. Rooms have either (1) queen; (1) king, or (2) twin beds. SEE DETAILS
- Semi-Private Mountainside Cabin Rooms without deck $60.00/per night plus tax (does not have a covered deck, faces mountain). Semi-private cabin rooms share a bath between two rooms. Rooms have either (1) queen; (1) king, or (2) twin beds. SEE DETAILS
- ALL ROOM PRICES ARE FOR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY (2 PEOPLE PER ROOM). All linens and towels are supplied with the room. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and heaters.
- Bunkhouse 5 twin beds, includes, sheets, blanket, pillow and towels $21.00/per bed, per night plus tax.

- Rent a Tent: $40.00 - 2 people - $10.00 each additional person. Includes sleeping mat, sleeping bag, pillow, sheets, towel and washcloth. Additional rental charge for extra sleeping mat, linens, and chairs.

- Camping & RV Site (you bring everything) Camping fees $15.00 per night for one person, $5.00 for each additional person. Plenty of sites along the creek, but it is best to book early. Level RV sites available. Electric and water hook ups $35.00/per night (2 people), each additional person $5.00 per night. 110 VLT/15 AMP Electric hook ups $25.00 (PER TENT OR TRAILER)/per night (2 people), each additional person $5.00 per night.

- BATH HOUSE: We provide separate bathhouses for men and women. Both bathhouses have private dressing room with each shower. Hair dryers are provided in the bathhouse. Washer and dryer also available.
RESERVATION POLICY:
- Rooms, cabins, bunkhouse and rent a tent are by reservations only and are considered confirmed only when a deposit is received. Deposit is for first night and must be received seven days prior to arrival date.
- We have a two-night minimum for lodging on weekends and holidays.
- Rates do not include tax. Tax will be added at time of payment.
- If you stay six nights the seventh night is free.
- Our facilities are available year-round, please call ahead to verify availability during winter months.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If a reservation is cancelled at least seven days prior to reservation date we will apply your full deposit to a future date.
- If less than seven days, 50% of deposit will be applied to future date.
- If less than three days, deposit will be forfeited.
- If we can book your room for the days you had reserved we will not charge a cancellation fee.
- If you do not show up or call and cancel your reservation, you will be charged for the entire reservation.
OTHER DETAILS:
- Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover are accepted.
- Rates and policies subject to change without notice.
- No deposit is required for campsites, however we would appreciate your reservation so we have a heads up for meals and linens.
- All group events must be scheduled through Iron Horse management.
- Sorry, no pets allowed in rooms. All pets must be kept on a leash and walked in designated areas. Please do not leave your pets unattended and please pick up after them!
